This patient suffers from periodontal disease. Tooth #22 was lost due to recurrent decay, and the crown on #21 also had recurrent decay and required replacement. A single implant has been placed in the 22 area (#7). Tooth 21 has been prepared for an all ceramic crown. Procera technology will be used to create a custom zirconia abutment for #22, and also Procera zirconia copings for the all ceramic restorations
