We will cover the broad spectrum of bone grafting from bone physiology and wound healing, to allographic materials and their use, autografting techniques, sinus elevation and immediate insertion of implants into extraction sockets. During this hands-on Bone Grafting course, you will perform all of the grafting techniques on models, using a variety of materials. Live demonstration surgeries will be used to reinforce concepts and techniques. Designed for the progressive dentist, this program provides the foundation to expand your skills within implant dentistry.
